How We Work

It's really hard to figure out what you need to do, that's where we come in!
Many trainers are there just to make you sweat and give you vague diet advice while pushing you to make your next renewal.
We're here to educate you so you know your body and exactly what it needs. We're here to help you sift through the information overload of health and fitness trends.

How we work:
  • We talk to you in person or on the phone to hear your goals and how we can help you reach them.
    • When you let us know what you've been struggling with, or what your goals are, we will let you know the steps needed to get you there.
  • We set up the first session where we give you a full body assessment.
    • We like to call ourselves body mechanics. We'll give you a full body assessment from body fat percentage to muscular imbalances. From there, we take the next steps to your goal and improve your body from Day 1.
  • We are here with you week after week so you're never alone. Even if you're away, we're only a text or e-mail away.
    • When you train with CakeFit, you're never alone. We give you homework for when you hit the gym on your own, or when traveling. We also give you the resources to teach you more about how your body works!
