It's incredibly fulfilling to see a client progress from never having picked up a weight to being a rockstar in the gym. We've worked with folks who have shown up with chronic back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, or just plain lack of motivation, and we've brought them to a level of fitness they never thought they could achieve. As trainers, we work long hours, often starting before the break of dawn and ending when everyone is already home eating dinner with their families. All of it is worth it though when we can see a client perform a 285lb back squat when just a year and a half ago, they couldn't even squat with just their own body weight.

I was always a very active child growing up, but at 17, a major surgery caused my athleticism to come to a screeching halt. By the end of college, I had finally regained enough confidence and strength that I joined the Army. Not only did I suffer back, hip, and abdominal pain as a result of the effects of the old surgery, but I developed a severe ankle injury that cut my Army training short. As I struggled to rehab my body and overcome chronic pain, I learned that most injuries are actually completely preventable. Deciding that I wanted to save the world with my newfound knowledge, (AND get a free gym membership), I became a certified personal trainer. Now I focus on teaching people to move optimally and mindfully in order to discover their athletic potential. I believe that EVERYONE can accomplish amazing things with their bodies, regardless of what they've been through.  (Click the image to watch video)

Brian Baker


I struggled with weight and health for most of my life. Deciding I wanted to officially lose weight, I enrolled in martial arts at 17. I've been practicing martial arts since 2003 and love to share what I know. I've learned a lot about how food truly affects the body by experiencing numerous health problems on a low-fat diet. Since switching to a high-fat, low-carb diet, my health has completely turned around. I no longer suffer from asthma, hypothyroidism, frequent sinus infections, or inexpliciable lethargy. I understand what it's like to be overweight and suffer from a myriad of health problems, so I can empathize with what you're going through. I hold a black belt in Kempo Karate, a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do, a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and have been practicing Muay Thai since 2010. I lead a completely different life than I used to, and I want to help you change yours too. (Click image to watch video)
