Clients must cancel 24 hours in advance in order to not have their session redeemed. If a client wants to reschedule a session less than 24 hours in advance, the session can be rescheduled without being redeemed at the trainer’s discretion.
In the event of unexpected cancellations, (sickness, emergencies, injuries, unexpected travel), the unused session(s) can be rolled over to the following month ONLY.

The amount of rollovers corresponds to the amount of sessions purchased each month and will be as follows:
<4 sessions 0 rollovers
4-7 sessions 1 rollovers
8-11 sessions 2 rollovers
12+ sessions, 3 rollovers
