Our Story

What began as us cringing at the sight of some unfortunate clients performing exercises dangerously, has turned into a determination to make the world a better place, one (proper) squat at a time. Our goal is to turn you into an athlete. Our method is to address all the kinks in your body that may prevent you from reaching that goal and push you toward new performance heights. So... Why CAKE?
